ANNOUNCEMENT: NeU, with partner THINKIE, will be covered in a full-page advertising feature in the Nature Index Neuroscience (scheduled to be attached to the October 3rd, 2024 edition of Nature)!

NeU, with partner THINKIE, will be covered in a full-page advertising feature in the Nature Index Neuroscience in an article titled: “COULD BRAIN ACTIVITY SENSORS HELP SLOW COGNITIVE DECLINE?”.
The article will introduce a new technique that allows users to get REAL-TIME INFORMATION ON THE BLOOD FLOW IN THEIR BRAINS as they complete brain training exercises, which could have benefits for cognitive function.
A small wearable near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) sensor embedded in a headband that NeU has developed helps pair its brain training programs with neurofeedback, which could possibly enhance the training regimes.
NeU’s brain training programs were developed and supervised by Dr. Ryuta Kawashima, a neuroscientist from Tohoku University and CTO of NeU. Brain training augmented with real-time brain activity feedback may perhaps be able to help older people stay mentally sharp, allowing them to keep contributing to society, explains Dr. Kawashima in the article.

Please stay tuned for the publication of the article and more information!
